Space Rentals
Ideally located in Carpinteria and with 1930′s charm, the Carpinteria Woman’s Clubhouse is a perfect setting for meetings, auctions, theatrical productions, exhibits, seminars, office parties, weddings, reunions and classes. Its versatile interior lends itself to almost any situation. The hardwood floors and archway over the raised stage area, along with a full kitchen adds to the already classic ambiance of this building. Interior capacity is 70 and the adjacent patio and large grassy yard can accommodate additional people.

Fees:
$75 per hour for private events ( incl. set up and clean up)
$50 per hour for nonprofit events
$95 janitorial fee
Fee includes floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning and deodorizing by a janitorial service (you must leave floor swept and damp mopped).
$10 application fee
$250 refundable security deposit
Space Rental Details
The capacity is 70 max , per County and City of Carpinteria.
All events must end by 9 pm.
Security must be present for the entirety of your event.
We respectfully require our guests to abide by all of the above rules to guarantee the safety of all.
Locking System:
You will be provided with a code prior to your event.
Just press your assigned numbers and wait for the to appear, then open.
To unlock: Hold the door tight against the door jam, pressing in with your foot and pushing the lock symbol.
Please note: Our new locking system records the time you enter and leave the building, and you will be charged accordingly. Please be certain to accurately enter your setup and exit times on your application.
Insurance:
You must obtain an event insurance policy. There is a recommended company listed on the application.
If you are a homeowner you can obtain a Certificate of Insured naming the club as the additional insured.(The amount must be one million dollars).
We DO NOT accept copies of your insurance policies.
Security:
Per the City of Carpinteria, the renter must hire a security guard that is licensed, bonded, and wearing a uniform at his/her own expense for a party of 50 people or over, and/or if alcohol is served and/or music is played by DJ or live band.
Recommendation for security guard: Full Armor of Protection - 805 679-1072
Music
Music must be at a reasonable level.
All music must be turned off by by 9 pm.
Parking
The parking lot is owned by the Carpinteria Community Church and they have restricted use of it by the CWC renters on Sundays until after 12:00 pm.
The lot MUST be cleaned of all trash or we will hold your deposit.
