Join us for a valuable workshop on Advance Care Planning, where you will learn about its significance and how it can benefit you and your loved ones in the future.

The session will involve a detailed review of the MyCare document and guidance on selecting a healthcare representative, with ample time for your questions. In the second part of the program, our dedicated volunteers will assist in reviewing your documents to ensure they are properly prepared.

Additionally, a Notary Public will be available to help with the legalization process at no cost.
